Baker Street's early move-in policy is that we do not allow early move-ins. The time between current tenants moving out and new tenants moving in can be as little as two weeks and we need all the time we can get to ensure that the property is properly cleaned and maintained. Our turnover periods are determined in advance and unfortunately cannot be changed.
