A back door unit door provides interior access from the unit to the shared basement, which includes free shared laundry with the tenants in the other 2 units. Lawn care and snow removal is included in rent. There is no driveway at the property, so no parking is provided. Tenants are welcome to apply for a residential street parking permit directly through the City of Ann Arbor (landlord does not guarantee parking).
